Other responsibilities include but are not limited to, supervisory responsibilities in the area of facilities, intramurals and Compliance education to coaches. Other Duties as Assigned: Being a member of the NCAA Division III, the hired person will have the opportunity to be involved in many assets of the Department and will be a member of the management team. ![]() For example, planning game day promotions and educational programming, to serve as a platform for campus strategic initiatives. Assist in planning events to promote diversity and inclusion to spread awareness and create a welcoming environment. Student Engagement: Collaborate with Offices of Student Activities, Involvement and Leadership (SAIL) in their mission to promote programs and workshops based around inclusiveness, leadership and innovation. Collaborate with groups on campus and work directly with the Division of Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI). Diversity & Inclusion: Coordinate educational efforts around inclusion and working on strengthening existing programming and resources. Co-supervise leadership programming for our student-athletes and faculty/staff during the academic year. Assist in updating department manuals, enhancing student-athlete experience over academic breaks and serve on various committees under Athletics. Co-supervise the Student-Athletes Inclusive Excellence Committee. Leadership: Co-supervise the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and MASCAC SAAC participation.
